CEO & Co-founder
Lesley has 10 years of experience in financial services and has worked for some the world’s leading banks, including JP Morgan Chase, Barclays and Mizuho. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was Vice President in Mizuho. She holds two Masters from the University of Cambridge and an accreditation as Chartered Global Management Accountant by CIMA.
CTO & Co-founder
Clemens has 15 years of experience in R&D and strategic technology & innovation managment. He has consulted some of the world’s leading organisations, and has taught MBA and Executive Education programmes. He holds two Masters and a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and an accreditation as Chartered Engineer by the UK Engineering Council.
COO & Co-founder
Alistair has 13 years of financial services experience with Goldmans Sachs, HSBC, and Barclays. Most recently he managed part of the Barclays Brexit project. He holds a commerce degree and an accreditation as Chartered Global Management Accountant by CIMA. He is currently completing a Green and Sustainable Finance qualification with the Chartered Banker Institute.
Ü Impact is a FinTech in the Sustainable Investment sector. Our vision is to make sustainable investing accessible to everyone. We are working with fund providers to create a product that will make sustainable investment available for everyday individual investors, bringing together valuable sustainability/ESG company insights and making it accessible to allow retail investors to generate real impact with their money.
